Does He Have to Be Gay?

Hard working young man,
Twenty five years of age,
No child support to pay,
Never been engaged.

At every family reunion,
He’s greeted with furrowed brows.
There’s must be something wrong with him,
Since he hasn’t found any one by now.

So why, oh why, does he HAVE to be gay?

His mama hangs her head,
For he is her only son.
She yearns for pretty grand babies,
Not caring who they’re from.

His daddy wears a frown
And slowly shakes his head,
Upset his son’s not a mack like him–
Hitting all with their legs spread.

So why, oh why, does he HAVE to be gay?

Why can’t he just be sitting back
Waiting for a lady of quality?
Why can’t he be searching for
A partner for his wife to be?

Why can’t he be a spiritual brother
Putting his love life in God’s hands?
It may be that he knows better
Than to question God’s ultimate plans?

So now, tell me truthfully,
Do you think he’s GAY?
