Eclectic: Talking Point Three

So last time, we talked a bit about the different styles in Eclectic (point one) and touched on one of the themes featured in Eclectic (being rejected by someone you’re trying to date) which made up point two.
This time around, let’s explore Talking Point Three:
Some of the pieces in Eclectic have you explore what you would do if taken out of your comfort zone.
This is observed in the piece Servant where a ruler faces an battle between keeping up appearances and freeing herself of inhibition.  Add that with the inkling that this person may possibly not be looked upon with royal flavor, and you have yourself a recipe for discomfort.
Excerpt from Servant
I don’t recognize
This person in front of me.
Rebel, once caged animal,
Finally set free!

Has anyone ever pushed you out of your comfort zone?  Did you end up embracing it or running from it?
